There was no question as to what pool we would purchase. It had to be a Kayak.

"Our family has had a swimming pool in the yard since 1982 and our children were young. When it came time to either replace or dismantle the pool in 2005, we knew that our grandchildren would love for us to replace it, not to mention how much fun and exercise Gramma and Pops had in it. So we shopped and shopped. We were very educated consumers when we had the Kayak representative come to our house and explain the wonderful Kayak quality. There was no question as to what pool we would purchase. It had to be a Kayak. Fast forward to 2008 - this pool has been a very good investment. The maintenance is minimal, as was one of your selling points. I do know what it is to have a pool that is not low-maintenance. It remains a very beautiful addition to our yard and so easy to clean both the interior and exterior of the pool. We are in it every day during the summer. I only wish we could have purchased the walk-in stairs which were not available for our size at that time. Maybe with the next liner. Thank you Kayak for a wonderful product that has kept our family swimming happily together!"

"I had heard horror stories from relatives owning pools, "too expensive to maintain" "too much work". Well, We've had our Kayak pool for 3 summers and our story is very different. Virtually no maintenance, very feasible in cost and what a great investment. Our whole family enjoys it and we're the envy of our neighborhood. You got to get a Kayak!"

"We decided to purchase a Kayak pool last spring and it has been the best thing for our family! It started out as just a thought, and it has turned into a retreat for us throughout the summer! Since I am a school teacher, my summer schedule allows me time to swim and play with our 16 month old son in our pool! He loves our Kayak pool and begs me to go swimming all of the time. My husband and I enjoy the pool in the evenings and on weekends and it has become a place where friends and family come to hangout and relax! In addition to our pool, we built a "tiki bar" and lounge area next to the pool for a resort type feel and trust me, it is a place we don't ever want to leave. "After my husband died a few years ago, I started thinking about a gift I could make to our children. We had always been boaters and had, as a family, spent many wonderful days on the water. Moving a Kayak Pool^®

"Hi, we're the Toner Family. We'd like to tell you about our Kayak Pool^® . Not too long ago, a really nice lady (who has had some health problems, and who recently lost her husband) wanted to give her pool to a family that would really enjoy it. We went to her and she said she'd love to give it to us. Our kids were so excited they were bouncing off the walls!

So now our big decision was how to move it. We looked it over and decided that it would be easier to move the pool in one piece, so we jacked up the pool. The pool was so big - we had to rig up two trailers. We thought to ourselves, "It would be a miracle if this pool made it to our house in one piece."

We pulled it down a dirt road, through thick brush and trees. Then we had to go over railroad tracks. We knew if we got the pool over the tracks without anything happening we could make it the whole way. Halfway over the tracks the pool went up in the air. We thought we lost it, but it came back down on the trailer in one piece.

Then we took it down another dirt road, between two ponds and through more brush. The next road was barely big enough to get the pool through. Finally, we made it home, and a crane lifted the pool up and put it in place. Now we're sitting back and enjoying our wonderful Kayak Pool^®.

When we tell our friends how we moved this enormous pool - they can't believe it, but we get out the pictures and show them. We tell them that Kayak Pools® are built to last. Just ask us.

Quality Installation

"Dear Fay,
I am writing this letter to you in hopes that you will forward it to whom ever needs to know about it. Our new Kayak Pool^® was installed yesterday. The installation crew consisted of (2) men, Steve and Larry (Sorry I didn't get their last names). Steve and Larry arrived at 9 am sharp. Upon their arrival, they introduced themselves to my wife and I in a very professional manner and stated that our pool would be in today. They then proceeded to unload their equipment.

We watched in amazement as these two men began the process of installing the pool I spent most of the day in the yard with Steve and Larry and asked tons of questions. They answered all my questions without breaking stride. They showed me many of the unique attributes of the Kayak Pool^® and important things like, "Never touch or remove the blocks of wood in the camber bar." The pool was erected by about 3:00 pm. By 5:00 pm, the pool was filled, winterized and the winter cover in place.

I just wanted to let Kayak know that these two men are truly an asset to your company, I have had many dealings with installers, some of which were absolutely dreadful. It was truly a pleasure to have this crew install our pool and I would highly recommend them to anyone. As for the Kayak Pool^® itself, we were overwhelmed by the structure of this pool and the beauty it brings to our yard and home. Both Sandy and myself are truly pleased with the pool and are eagerly awaiting the spring so that we can open it. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment with the Kayak Pool^®.

We also would like to extend our thanks to Brian in sales which made our dream a reality and to you Fay for all your patience in dealing with me and my many phone calls. It is fairly easy to see why Kayak has been around for so long, not only do you have a great product, but your employee's and installers are of the highest caliber. Kayak Pool^® Aesthetics

"Dear Mr. Atlas,
We recently purchased a Kayak Pool^® from your company and I am writing this letter to tell you some things that you probably already know. Your pool is beautiful, absolutely beautiful! I can't say that enough. From the moment the filter and pump were turned on, it has been a beautiful thing because they work superbly. This is what we expected because we researched "pools" before calling you folks and we understood Kayak Pools^® to be "of the best". The construction is solid and impressive, and it just looks so nice, BUT the crystal clear water says it all. Your system is meticulous!

I do not believe, however, that your pool is your best asset, and that is pretty hard to top. Your crew (and I must admit when only two fellows showed up to install this I was worried), well they are absolutely unbelievable! These two men came to my house and installed this whole pool, and you never really know they were there. They worked just like clockwork. My husband and I were really impressed. These two very nice fellows are Mr. Magnafici and Mr. Stiles. These two fellows are two of the hardest working men I've seen in a long time, and that is pretty hard to come by these days. Take good care of these two because they take good care of your customers. They really want the customer to be happy and they really helped us with our questions. They really care!

Now, the lady I have talked with several times and who has been patient and so courteous and just so kind is Ms. Lundsford. I think this lady does a lot of coordinating and she does a darn good job! She really does your company proud. She cares and that is so hard to find nowadays! She follows up and she does call you back, which is a rarity these days.

Mr. Atlas, thank you for your help and for taking good care of us. You sell and outstanding pool but what is the best and so hard to find nowadays is that all of you folks stand behind it. Thanks to all of you for a job well done!"

Durability and Stability

"Dear Mike,
Enclosed are the pictures we talked about. One Saturday morning, June 22, we got a really bad storm. Our house is located by a 20' county ditch - it has 3 culverts, but the water just came too fast. We ended up losing landscape timbers, several lawn animals, all my flowers, several 1/2 barrels and some other stuff as well. The water level was up to the deck on the pool, the amazing thing is that it never moved nor did the pump, which was completely covered in water. That is quite a feat seeing as the water was flowing very fast. To me this is a great feature of this pool. Hope you can use these pictures in some form of advertising.

Also, when they put the pool in last August, they said they would put a sign in the yard and we can save money if someone sees it and buys one. As I said, I hope this information is helpful."

Summer Memories

"We purchased our pool 3 years ago. We have had a blast every summer since then. We really enjoy having our friends and family over for cook outs and swimming. We certainly enjoy coming home from a long day at work and jumping in the pool for a relaxing evening. "We had our pool installed on 16th of August. They started it on the 13th but the coping and deck braces were not sent. We contacted Kayak and told them we wanted the same crew who started it to finish it. They were from Peru, IL. Shawn and his crew were proficient and answered every question we threw at them. If all the parts would of been there we would be swimming that Sunday.

Its the best investment that me and my wife have ever done besides buying our house."
